Viva Terra’s Organic Appellation Coffee comes from a small Nicaraguan women’s Vosges Haut-Chocolat. Katrina Markoff, trained at Cordon
Bleu, founded her chocolate collection to bring
awareness of indigenous cultures. For example, traveling to
to Southeast Asia, Australia, and Europe, she was inspired
by Nagaland to combine curry and chocolate; by the
Aztecs to combine chili and chocolate. Her company
supports many women's causes and her truffles and
chocolate drinks are...beyond delicious!
